If you are looking for an easy, delicious snack to make for the holidays, you have got to try this “white trash” recipe!

What you need:
-chex cereal
-cheerios cereal
-white chocolate (chips or candy melts)
-m&m’s (you can use specific colors for whatever you’re celebrating!)
-mini marshmallows
-pretzel sticks
-sprinkles

Optional toppings:
-salted peanuts
-candy corn
-golden grahams

Directions:

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and spread the chex cereal on top to cover the entire cookie sheet.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 15 second increments. Be sure to stir in between.
  3. Once the white chocolate is completely melted, pour it on top of the chex cereal, distributing it evenly.
  4. Cover with the toppings: m&ms, marshmallows, cheerios, pretzels and sprinkles (or whatever other toppings you choose).
  5. Using a spatula, carefully stir the mixture together until everything is coated with the white chocolate.
  6. Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator until the mix is set. Then, break the mix into small pieces/chunks.

Keep the mix in an airtight container to keep it fresh. Enjoy!
