We have finally finished the middle bedroom in our mountain cabin! If you recall, here is what it looked like before:

You’d find lots of browns, peeling paint on the floor, and a closet/shelf/sink that we never used, yet took up a good amount of space.

We tore everything out, which opened up this space to be utilized!

We wanted to lighten this room up, so I started to paint the walls. I primed it with the mildew primer and then painted over it with Comfort Gray.

We finally finished all of the painting, walls, floor and trim. I ordered a double bed and mattress from Amazon. I have to say- these were the easiest things to put together. The bed literally folded open and clicked into place! The mattress unfolded from being in the box- we left it out for a couple of days before putting it on the bed. I purchased a comforter and sheets from Amazon (you seriously cannot beat these prices!). We went from having 1 sleeping spot (twin bed) to having 3!
