One treat I always make around Christmas time is peppermint bark. It is so easy and SO good!

What you need:

-white chocolate chips (11 oz)
-6 candy canes

Directions:

-Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
-Pour the white chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 35 seconds, then stir. Microwave another 10 seconds if needed. Repeat for 10 seconds until the chips are completely melted.
-Place the candy canes in a plastic Ziplock bag. Using a rolling pin or potato masher, crush the candy canes. There should be some small chunks.
-Slowly stir 3/4 of the candy canes into the white chocolate.
-Pour the mixture over the parchment paper.
-Sprinkle the last 1/4 of the candy canes on top of the mixture. Press any bigger chunks down gently into the chocolate.
-Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes, or until hardened.
-Once it is solid, break the white chocolate bark into pieces (2-3 inches long).

Voila! You have a delicious holiday treat! You can store them in an airtight container.
