My family is going on a big trip this summer, and when doing research on things to pack, I kept seeing packing cubes over… and over… and over. I have always packed using gallon-sized ziplock bags (which I would also recommend!) but they only hold so much.

So, I decided to test the packing cubes out to see what all the fuss was about! I ordered two of this set from Amazon.

Y’all. I will never go back! These things are AMAZING! They look very small, but when you unzip them and put your clothes in, it is incredible how much they will hold! They keep everything in place, so your clothes are organized and compact, leaving you able to fit more items in your suitcase.

My pictures are not at all glamorous, but I wanted to show you some examples!

The blue bags are shoe bags, which we used for our tennis shoes. The little gray zipper pouches were used for little knick knack type items!

I am now officially on-board with all of the bloggers that have suggested these cubes!
