Try this hearty crockpot vegetable soup recipe:

Ingredients:
– 4 cups vegetable broth
– 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
– 1 cup carrots, sliced
– 1 cup celery, chopped
– 1 cup potatoes, diced
– 1 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 cup corn kernels
– 1 cup peas
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Place all the vegetables, broth, diced tomatoes, garlic, thyme, and rosemary into the crockpot.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until vegetables are tender.
4. Adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
