I have had a family blog for 15 years, and I have posted so many memories, pictures, milestones, and more on it. In fear of the blog company shutting down one day and me losing everything, I started printing my blogs into books by year. There was a great company that did this (Blog2Print.com), and while it wasn’t super cheap, they did a fantastic job printing them.
I went today to print my 2024 blog only to find out the website had shut down. 🙁 After doing some research, I found a new way to get it printed. I wanted to share, in case you were also looking for a way to print your blog!
*Side note: I did all of this with a free account on the below website. There are accounts where you can pay and get more, so please check those out in case you have different needs.
1- Go to BlogBooker – From your Blog to a Book. Click on “Make Your Blog Book”.
2- Make sure your blog falls under one of these companies. If so, click on the blog name.

3- You will need to download your blog into an XML file. You can click on “How to get it?” under Blogger XML Export to get the directions on how to get this file from your specific blog company.
4- Once downloaded, upload it to the XML file upload spot. Then, enter your main blog address underneath.
5- At the bottom, select all of the specifics you want, including date range of your posts. Click “Create Your Blog Book”.
*Just a note: The option of “Footnoted links” included a ton of random website links that I didn’t need, but took up a lot of page space. It might not be necessary for you.
*Also, my blog was over 400 pages in length, so I opted to do two columns. It’s not quite as clean and neat as just one column per page, but it saved me about 200 pages!
6- This will save your blog to a PDF file. Mine included a couple of extra pages at the front and back that I didn’t need, so I went to “print” and then “print to PDF” and for the page range, I put in the pages of actual content (for me, it was pages 3 – 203). Then I clicked save, and it updated my PDF file.
7- I created a cover page in Canva and saved it as a PDF file.

You could create a simple cover page in any program. Just make sure you save it as a PDF file.
8- I went to Print A Book From Pdf | Single book Printing And Binding Services – Homeinnk Print, which is a company that prints and binds PDF files.
9- I clicked on “Start Now” towards the bottom. I uploaded the PDF file of my blog AND the PDF file of the cover I made.
10- I answered the questions at the bottom about what I wanted. (number of pages, color or B&W, binding option, etc)
11- It updated the price at the bottom based on what I wanted. My book, with 200 pages, perfect binding, in color, 8.5 x 11, and 80 lb paper, ended up being around $50.
*They did give me a 10% off code for my first purchase. It was THANKYOU10, but that might be different for you.
Shipping was free and said it would take about 8-11 days to get to me!
I will let you know how it is when I get it in hand. This requires a few extra steps than the original Blog2Print site, but I’m glad to have the ability to still print my blogs!
Happy blogging!
