My brother’s company recently had to fix a wooden fence at a rental property. He shared with me the before and after pictures. I wanted to share with you in case you were in a situation where you needed to fix a fence, too!

Before:

What they needed to do:
1. Dig up 4 original posts, cement them in again to straighten.
2. Dig up 3 posts, cement in new 4×4 posts.
3. Attach panels to posts.
4. Secure loose runners.
5. Replace broken pickets.
6. Remove the gate and re-screw in so that it is functional.

Check out the “after” photos!

There are a lot of things you can do to improve a wooden fence!
