If you are wanting an easy treat that is promised to be a huge hit, then keep reading! These M&M Hershey kiss pretzels are something we make for the holidays every year, and my kids LOVE them (as do I!). They are quick and easy to make!
What you need:
Pretzels. These snaps are ideal, as they are square-shaped and hold the kisses better. However, you can also use pretzel twists. 🥨

Hershey kisses. I prefer Hugs and the peppermint holiday kisses, mainly because the white chocolate melts faster and more evenly than milk chocolate. However, you can use whatever you prefer. Rolos are a yummy option, too!

M&Ms. These will go on top!

Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees F.
2. Get a cookie sheet and cover it with wax paper.
3. Lay out the pretzels on the wax paper.
4. Put one Hershey kiss or Rolo on top of each pretzel.

5. Place the cookie sheet in the oven. Set the timer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, I would check to make sure the candy is starting to get glossy, soft, and beginning to melt, but not TOO melted that it’s losing its form.
*for mine, I checked after 5 minutes and added 2 more minutes to check back. 7 minutes did the trick.
*for milk chocolate, it should take a little longer. I’d still check at 5 minutes and then every 2 minutes after.

6. Remove them from the oven, get one M&M and press it down into the Hershey kiss until it is flat.

7. Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for about an hour, so the chocolate will harden.
Voila! Now you have your yummy treat.
These are great for the holidays, but could work for any event. You could get certain colored M&Ms for whatever holiday or event you are celebrating. (baby showers, birthday parties, etc)
Here are my Christmas treats!
