My brother’s company helps fix different items on rental properties when there is a shift in tenants. This particular property had a fence that was struggling! I wanted to share this with you to show you that you can fix a rundown fence without having to replace the whole thing.

Check out the before pictures of the fence:

The crew had several things they needed to do in order to salvage this fence. There were several broken pickets they needed to replace. There were 4 spots where they had to dig out the posts to straighten…they installed 4×4 posts in their place and cemented them in. They also installed runners at 3 of the panels. They installed missing pickets and screwed in several loose ones. The gate needed to be adjusted and they added hardware to it (like this).

Check it out now!

So much better!
