If you are a regular reader of this blog, you know that I love utilizing cube shelves in my house. They are a great and inexpensive way to organize all the things! I also enjoy giving them makeovers (like here and here and here).

But sometimes “makeovers” don’t need to be elaborate. Simple paint can customize a cube shelf for any space! I decided to use some cube shelves we had in our garage and put them up in our loft area.

I cleaned the shelves really well- they were really gross from being in our garage.

I found some green “oops!” paint that I got for a deal and started painting! No primer needed.

It took two coats in total.

Check it out now!
