My brother’s rental property company had another run-down fence to fix up!

This is what they were told to do:

-Install runners at missing panel
-Erect the fence and secure it to posts
-Remove vines
-Secure runners throughout
-Replace damaged pickets
-Secure loose pickets throughout
-Dig out posts to straighten fence
-Install 4×4 post and cement in
