My brother’s company works on rental houses, fixing them up between tenants. This particular house had received some HOA letters saying they were in violation of the neighborhood rules, because three sides of their house had significant mildewing on them!
My brother’s crew decided to use 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner. If you recall, we used this on my mom’s house, and it did wonders!
