My vision for our front porch was to keep things light and bright, including our white rocking chairs. However… time and weather really made our white rocking chairs look disgusting.

So… I decided to paint them black! Quite the opposite of my original thought, but the dark color will help keep the chairs looking fresh. I used interior/exterior black satin paint that I had on-hand. It took two coats in total.
