If you recall, my very first “by myself” project was creating a blanket ladder. I was so proud of myself!

My daughter quickly claimed it to put in her farmhouse-ish bedroom. It was nice for decoration, but I thought of a way to make the ladder more useful.

I purchased metal hooks, the “S” style. I purchased four plastic woven containers that were about 13″ x 5″ from Target. Like this:

The key was that there were those holes in the basket! Using the s-hooks, I attached them to the baskets, and then hooked them over every other ladder rung.

These containers offered a different way to be able to store some of her things, and make the blanket ladder more useful for her!
